Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to worsen across the UK we have updated our Business Continuity Plans and Pandemic Preparedness Plans to reflect the ongoing situation.

We're here for you…

With everything that's happening today in relation to COVID-19, we wanted to send you a message to reassure you that at London Network Scaffolding Special Projects Limited we have plans in place for the future and will continue to support our clients and staff wherever we can. Our main priority throughout this pandemic is the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff. We are listening closely to the advice that is given by the Government and Medical Personnel to ensure that we are taking every measure and precaution to keep people safe.

We’ve got your back…

We would like to reassure all of our clients that we will continue to remain available for whatever product, service or support that is required. With the latest Government Guidance published 19 March 2020 stating that our business is “critical to the COVID-19 response” due to us being within the supply chains of the telecommunications and transport industries – we will continue to work as normal and follow the governments guidance on this matter. Our office and warehouse premises remain open to ensure we can continue to fulfil client demand. As usual, we are able to offer our 24/7 around the clock Emergency Call-Out Service on 0207 993 1220.

Action we've taken…

Some of the things we've put in place so far are listed below.

  • We've installed extra wash stations throughout the company’s premises and vehicles to enable staff, clients and visitors to sanitise at any time and at ease.

  • Scaffold Operatives have been advised to wear their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as Gloves and Face Masks at all times whilst working as far as reasonably practicable to limit their exposure to the virus.

  • We've set out a more frequent and thorough cleaning program in our offices, bathrooms and also throughout the main building.

  • We have educated our staff on things to look out for i.e. any cough or fever symptoms they or a colleague may develop, in which case they should stay at home to avoid spreading infection to others.

  • We've advised staff that any staff-client meetings should be held via conference calls / telephone rather than Face-To-Face at this time unless strictly necessary.

  • Where possible, Work from Home has been advised and enforced for all office-based staff members to limit their exposure to the virus.

These are just a few examples of how we're trying to help prevent the spread of this virus.

The Future…

Whilst we continue to serve our clients, we will also continue to listen closely to advice and guidelines from the Government to ensure that no critical measures are being overlooked and we are taking every precaution possible.

If you require any further information regarding our service or our plans during this pandemic then please do not hesitate to contact us.

From all of us at LNS we would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families well.
